Email Settings and Email Hosting Support

Standard Email System Settings

Login to our new configuration wizard for automatic setup, or review the settings below to manually configure your email client software:

Email Address: email@yourdomain.com

Password: This is case sensitive
Incoming Mail Server (POP3)
on Port 995:

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)

Note: All configurations must have “Use SSL” checked as we only support secure email encryption. Non-SSL connections will be refused to ensure the privacy of your email.

Microsoft Exchange Email System Settings

Login to our new configuration wizard to setup your Microsoft Exchange email. Once logged into the wizard, you can choose either Automatic* or Manual setup for various devices, such as your desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone.

* Using the “Automatic” tool, a new Outlook profile is created on your computer and set as the default profile. If you would prefer to add your email account to an existing Outlook profile, please use the “Manual” method instead of Automatic.

Secure Web Mail System for both Standard Email and Exchange (OWA)

We offer a secure, web based email system to send and receive messages from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection and a standard web browser. Please visit https://webmail.trivalley.com/ to login.
 
 

Spam & Virus Filtering

Our integrated Spam Folder allows you to review messages flagged as Spam by our three-layer scanning technology directly from within your favorite email client, such as Outlook, or online anywhere using our Secure Web Mail system. We scan all email with Cloudmark’s industry-leading spam detection software. Cloudmark uses Advanced Message Fingerprinting to detect viruses, spam, and phishing.
